   Cattle Continue to Rally into the New Week

   New showlists for the week are steady in Kansas, but slightly higher in
Texas and Nebraska on Monday.

GENERAL COMMENTS:

   The livestock complex ended Monday mixed, with the cattle contracts able to
rally mildly while the hog contracts again closed lower thanks to weak demand.
New showlists for the week are steady in Kansas, but slightly higher in Texas
and Nebraska. December corn is down 1 cent per bushel and December soybean meal
is down $5.90. The Dow Jones Industrial Average is up 146.42 points and the
NASDAQ is up 214.04 points.
